During the month of October we received important recognitions.
HotelsCombined Recognition of Excellence for 2019 in Italy
The first came from HotelsCombined and was the Recognition of Excellence 2019 in Italy. This award recognizes the achieving of the highest standards of customer satisfaction worldwide.HotelsCombined undertook an analysis of customer opinions online across millions of points of data. Specifically to date, It found and processed 1430 opinions that Palazzo Gattini guests posted on a variety of different websites, forums and social media. Our final result was an incredible score of 9.7 out of 10.
We think that we can do better, but at the moment we are pleased.
Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2019
The second prize was the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2019 in the category of The Best Luxury Hotel in Italy.This is the second year we receive this prize: we confirmed the high quality of our hospitality. This prize comes from our daily work and our aims to improve.
Palazzo Gattini su Condé Nast Traveller
The last came from the publishing industry.Condé Nast Traveller, magazine on luxury travel and lifestyle, published the special issue 2019 “City Hotel” devoted to 20 luxury hotels, one of these is Palazzo Gattini Luxury Hotel. All of these awards are an incentive to confirm these results.
